Terms of Service - ZentivoIPTV

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing zentivoiptv.com, starting a free trial, or purchasing a subscription plan, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

ZentivoIPTV provides a paid IPTV streaming subscription that delivers live television channels and on-demand video content over the internet to compatible devices, including Firestick/Fire TV, Smart TVs, Android devices, and Apple TV/Roku. Channel availability, picture quality, and content libraries may vary by plan, region, device, and over time, and are not guaranteed to remain identical at all times.

3. Accounts, Free Trials & Eligibility

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Free trials (where offered) are limited to one per household/customer, are provided for evaluation purposes only, and may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time at our discretion.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe involve fraudulent sign-ups, abuse of trial offers, or violations of these Terms.

4. Subscriptions, Pricing & Billing

ZentivoIPTV offers subscription plans on 1-, 3-, 6-, and 12-month durations as displayed on our Pricing page at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be updated from time to time; changes will not retroactively affect a plan you have already purchased for its current term.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase or renewal, through the payment method you provide. You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge that method for the applicable plan price, including any renewals you elect.
Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at checkout; where auto-renewal is offered and selected, you may cancel at any time before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next term, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

When using the Service, you agree that you will not:

Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute your account credentials or stream access to anyone outside the number of simultaneous connections permitted by your plan;
Attempt to copy, record, rebroadcast, reverse-engineer, or circumvent any technical protection measures applied to the Service or its content;
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes the intellectual-property or other rights of any third party;
Introduce malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Service; or
Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our prior written consent.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund, where permitted by law.

6. Intellectual Property

The ZentivoIPTV name, logo, website, app interfaces, and underlying technology are the property of ZentivoIPTV or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes — it does not transfer ownership of any content or technology to you.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain high uptime and channel quality (see our live status indicator), we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, or that every channel or title will remain accessible without change. Streaming quality also depends on factors outside our control, such as your internet connection, device performance, and regional network conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZentivoIPTV disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZentivoIPTV and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Suspension & Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or created risk or legal exposure for ZentivoIPTV.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or business practices. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date, and continuing to use the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
