DMCA & Copyright Policy
ZentivoIPTV respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This page explains our copyright policy and how to submit a takedown notice or counter-notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
🕓 Last updated: June 6, 20261. Our Commitment to Copyright Compliance
ZentivoIPTV operates as a licensed IPTV subscription streaming service and is committed to respecting the intellectual-property rights of content owners, broadcasters, and licensors. We respond promptly to properly submitted notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and comparable laws in other jurisdictions.
2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner, or an agent authorized to act on a copyright owner's behalf, and you believe that content accessible through the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification to our designated agent (see Section 5) that includes the following, consistent with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list, if multiple works are covered by a single notification);
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate it (e.g., channel name, program title, timestamp, or URL);
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
3. How We Process Notices
Upon receiving a complete and valid notice, we will review it promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the identified material, and notify the user who provided the material of the takedown. Repeat infringers — accounts associated with multiple valid infringement notices — may have their access to the Service suspended or terminated in accordance with our Terms of Service.
4. Submitting a Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted or that was made available through your account was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; and
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which ZentivoIPTV may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or their agent.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may, where required by law, restore the removed material within a designated timeframe unless the original complaining party informs us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity.
5. Designated Copyright Agent
DMCA notices and counter-notifications should be directed to our designated copyright agent using the contact details below. Please use the subject line "DMCA Notice" or "DMCA Counter-Notice" so your message can be routed quickly:
- Email: contact@zentivoiptv.com
- WhatsApp: +1 (581) 705-1988
- Contact form: zentivoiptv.com/contact (select "Something Else" and describe your request as a copyright matter)
Notices that do not substantially comply with the requirements above may not receive a response. Misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, can result in liability for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, ZentivoIPTV will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of the copyrights — or other intellectual-property rights — of ZentivoIPTV or third parties.
Note: This DMCA & Copyright Policy is provided as a general template and does not constitute legal advice. We recommend registering a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and having this policy reviewed by a qualified intellectual-property attorney before publishing it live.
