Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to be happy with ZentivoIPTV. This policy explains when refunds are available, how to cancel your subscription, and what happens when your free trial ends.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all ZentivoIPTV subscription plans purchased through zentivoiptv.com (1-, 3-, 6-, and 12-month durations). It is intended to set clear, fair expectations for both new and existing subscribers regarding refunds, cancellations, and trial conversions.
2. Free Trial & Conversion to Paid Plans
- Our free trial gives you 24 hours of full access to the Service with no credit card required, so you can test channels, picture quality, and device compatibility before committing to a paid plan.
- Free trials do not automatically convert into a paid subscription — you choose whether and when to subscribe afterward from our Pricing page. You will not be charged simply for completing a free trial.
3. Refund Eligibility Window
Because IPTV subscriptions provide immediate access to digital streaming content, refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. As a general guideline:
- Within 24–72 hours of purchase: If you experience persistent technical issues that our support team is unable to resolve (for example, the Service does not function on any of your supported devices after troubleshooting), you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- After your subscription has been actively used: Because you have already received the digital service you purchased, refunds are generally not available for "change of mind" cancellations once a significant portion of the subscription term has elapsed — though we encourage you to contact us, as our team reviews requests individually and may offer credit toward a future plan in appropriate cases.
- Duplicate or accidental charges: If you were charged more than once for the same plan period due to a billing error, contact us and we will investigate and refund any duplicate charge confirmed on our end.
To request a refund, simply reach out — we'd rather solve the problem (a setup issue, a device incompatibility, a billing mix-up) than lose you as a subscriber, and most issues can be fixed in minutes by our support team.
4. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your ZentivoIPTV subscription at any time. Because our plans are offered for fixed durations (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) rather than continuous auto-billing by default, in most cases "cancelling" simply means choosing not to renew when your current term ends. If you have opted into auto-renewal, you can turn it off any time before your renewal date by:
- Contacting our support team via live chat, email at contact@zentivoiptv.com, or WhatsApp at +1 (581) 705-1988, and requesting that auto-renewal be disabled or your subscription cancelled;
- Providing the email address or order reference associated with your account so we can locate it quickly; and
- Confirming the cancellation — we'll send written confirmation once it's processed, along with the date your access will end.
Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund time already used in your current term unless you separately qualify for a refund under Section 3.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our IPTV customer support USA team within the eligibility window described above and include:
- The email address used at checkout and your order/reference number (found in your confirmation email);
- The plan you purchased and the date of purchase; and
- A short description of the issue (e.g., device incompatibility, persistent buffering, accidental duplicate charge).
We aim to review and respond to refund requests within 24–48 hours. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer — most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through our support channels. Filing a chargeback for a service that was actively delivered, without first giving us the opportunity to make it right, may result in suspension of your account in accordance with our Terms of Service.
7. Exceptions & Final Decisions
Refund decisions outside the scenarios above (for example, requests made well after a subscription term has been substantially used) are made at ZentivoIPTV's discretion, taking into account factors such as account history, the nature of the issue reported, and whether our support team was given a fair opportunity to resolve it. We aim to be reasonable and consistent, and will always explain the reasoning behind a decision.
